About Us

Wild Wood Works is located in Redmond, Oregon. Tom Zimmerman is the owner and craftsman. He has been involved in high-end log home construction and furniture design for the last 30 years.

Our reputation has been built on superior quality, workmanship, professionalism, and reliability. Tom thoroughly enjoys and takes great pride in his craft. Both juniper and pine wood compliments the contemporary and rustic home - lodge or office.

Pine and juniper mantels, railings and accent pieces are also available
.

Our new lodge pole pine picnic tables are currently being tested at Crater Lake National Park in Oregon; under the direction of Project Manager Bob Schaefer. We are expecting to place twenty picnic tables on the lake rim this summer. Our tables are handicapped friendly, designed to last a lifetime, and are hand-scribed. As you can see by the photos, the tables are specifically designed to emulate the traditional styles of the grand lodges in many of our National Parks. Like the lodges, our tables have a weighty presence and tend to elicit a “wow” response from viewers.

We believe these tables are as unique as the forest itself. They are comfortable and user-friendly, and designed to last a very long time.

Wild Wood Works currently does business with both the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management. We meet all the requirements to conduct business with the Federal Government and are listed as a small business
